Thought I was the only nut drying my car with my backpack blower! Lol. My father in law (landscaper for 25 yrs) always did it and I thought he was crazy…until I tried it. Although I Still need to follow with chamois and microfiber with quick wax or spray Detailer to get rid of all water marks.

Default Cars and coffee king bierhaus

Awesome day. 3 Gt3. 4 996. The red coupe was low mileage 23k miles. Then I stayed at king bierhaus, they had an all you could eat sausage special. Pretty nice place, met some more cool guys. Drove my car for 75 miles.

Nice low mileage 2004 C4s.

This gt3 was sick.

That’s a blue wrap on a gt3.

Hybrid

Back seats on that panamera are more comfortable than a limo.

Beautiful 04 23k coupe. Paint looks new.

For those racers auto blip downshifts. He and his brother own the company.

October fest.

Some dark 7.9 percent beer, actually pretty tasty,

All you can eat sausages for $12.

I never taught I was going to pee in a beer keg.

Cool bier garden. Will be taking my little chihuahua rat terrier next time.

It was being installed yesterday and should be running and tuned starting next week. It will have 3 tunes on it: 93 octane, 91 octane, & valet. It may not be red and black, but it's super cool!

The CP pistons aren't really needed for the Stage1, but I figured the lighter weight will help in some way, maybe long term wear, and the incremental cost is little. And they are very pretty!

The controversial one is the plenum. My rational for this is all about laminar flow. Reducing turbulence will increase flow. Opening up the throttle body will increase flow. But, the improvement from a given component won't be seen if there is a subsequent turbulence producing component.(intake porting, exhaust porting, flow through the heads) The engine tune should be able to optimize for the new flow equation created by adding these components. Regardless how much power is added, it will be awesome!
Looks like you are good for the next 20 years with the rebuild! I hear you on the IPD/TB. Love the giant sucking sound it makes. Worth it for the sound alone. Gonna try one more time to see if I can get something out of it with a software update and retune. Can't wait to see some footage of the car when it's ready for driving.

Drove over 250 miles today pre-driving our next club drive on Aug 21st. Had a blast, great roads, great food, finished up at the famous Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood, Tx.
Kudos to my lovely wife for being a great navigator/note taker! Couldn't plan a good event without her!
Of course on the way back we had to stop at a quilt shop...

Came out of the restaurant, and of course another Porsche had to park next to me!!!

I have a ceramic coating, so most of the water just rolls off and disappears.

Welp put a solid 20 miles in the gt3ish. Ill update my other thread soon with details. Mean while here is a crapy video of the first trip out of the neighborhood. Alignment was way out of wack and the camera was on mrror image so i am NOT in england . Also windows r down so the wind noise makes it sound a little wackey.

spent the week in April for my birthday hitting the breweries and BBQ joints. Salt lick is pretty cool, BYB coolers, we also took our dog 🐶 she had a feast as we gave her some brisket, sausage and pork ribs. My best friend says that if he dyes and comes back as a dog he wants to live in my house 😂.

No, not yet! That was hanging in the quilt shop in Buda and she bought the kit to make it! So sometime soon I can say, "yes!"
