Exactly. However, they did offer to buy it back at full price (the watch).

If the agreement is that he has to trade his car in, then it's irrelevant what he gets for the watch. They'll just give him less for the trade.

I actually think the watch is cool. Then again, I can think of a lot of watches I would rather have for 4K.

Is anyone hearing anything about PTS returning? I can’t be the only person dying to see one of these beautiful Carrera T’s in some of the cool PTS colors.

I like the watch as well and agree I'd also rather put that money towards something better (IWC, Jaeger, etc.). I priced one of those customizable Porsche watches out once and you can get up to 10K easily with all the options.

My build has only $7k in options but the dealer didn't say a word about it. Then again, I had been waiting 18 months for a Carrera S allocation to which I had intended (via demand order in July 2021) to include over $30k in upgrades (to be fair, that figure includes the theoretically available PTS). As for my Carrera T - the model I had initially inquired about back in 2021 - I didn't set out to limit myself to a "poverty spec" build - I got everything I wanted on my T except the BIG LIE that was PTS.

Can't believe another day and still no update to TYD. Still says Production starting 3/3, but never got confirmation that it did

Default 2024 MY Price?
I just checked the configurator and the base price of the T is now at $144k. Has the price just changed to the 2024 model year? My total build price has just gone up quite a bit from what I had in Feb.

There are several of us on that same boat. I as well was scheduled for production 3/3 but no update as of today. Who knows at this point !?!
