I'm guessing the next ship will be an early-September departure.

Odd how my car is set to leave Emden on 8/14... perhaps they axed the holiday due to Covid ?

Nope. Shipping site says that Port Emden will close after 8/7. I expect it will reopen 4 weeks later. No other ships are scheduled after 8/7.

Too late, Just got my allocation confirmed...SA called me today! Was able to swap for an open allocation....but catch was it locked today I think that is what he said...V200 status? So will get my car earlier than 6 mos he expected as he was thinking would get a later allocation for build in Oct-Nov and Jan-Feb delivery. Not sure what all this means but sent me this today. What happens next?

What happens next is something like this:
- You spend hours (days) of your life playing with the configurator and updating your SA about what you’re thinking.
- Your SA lets you know that the lock date is coming up, and you worry that you’re not quite sure about how you currently have the build configured.
- Your order locks and you begin the painful process of waiting. You read every 992 thread on Rennlist.
- You begin to decide on PPF, ceramic and window tint options, and who and when to have those applied.
- You try to estimate whether your car will make it into the FIRST POSSIBLE ship within hours of your car arriving at Emden.
- You find out the actual ship and update your estimate.
- You track your boat across the water.
- You wait not-so-patiently for your dealer to prep and deliver your car.

I think you actually get your car and enjoy it in the end, but I’m only on the second to last step above myself.

I couldn't have summed it up better, Todd!

According to your printout, your car has not locked yet. V250 is the lock date which is 9/4. So start questioning all your options, start several threads, and read more while you anxiously hope you didn’t leave out something important like deviated stitching....

I have the same dates as you. My SA keeps saying they're having issues with the TYD App. I called PCNA just to confirm my car was in the system and they confirmed it. She transferred me to Porsche Connect to help with the TYD App and she just said my dealer should be sending me a link. I have another email into him to check. I have a 2021 also. It would be nice to follow the car along. I guess you have to have patience with this process. First time for me. Good luck!

Scheduled to leave Emden 8-7. Guess I can stop checking TYD daily.

I dont think so. Unless it plans on making it over to San Diego. Which looking at the history I doubt it.

047 CRONUS LEADER 008A departs 25-Jul arrives San Diego 22-Aug

095 MEDITERRANEAN HIGHWAY 060A departs 1-Aug arrives Houston 19-Aug

Cronus Leader is the only ship on the schedule that goes to San Diego.

My car should be on the Mediterranean Highway.

Looks like Cronus Leader is the only option for the west coast.
