This is my third car from Pat Driscoll at Tyson’s. He is always an advocate and advisor. I’ve had a couple of issues at Tyson’s, but it’s always been resolved. Most recently it was about the gas tank sensor - it was a bit of Keystone Cops adventure. However, Pat took care if it for me, elevated it, and the GM gave me a nice Macan while they worked it all out. When I picked the car up, there was a gift bag on the seat with a note from the GM apologizing for the mix up.

So, I now live in Delaware at the beach (was in Reston), but I bought the car there rather than here. That should tell the story in itself.

That's the sort of relationship between and dealership and customer that should be the norm versus the exception. I've had a few of those in my ownership experiences....always nice when you find a good one! . Can't wait to hear about your car delivery!

Getting closer for you! The lighting makes the color look a little different between the pictures. Is it CWM? Really like the look over the black wheels.

Thanks. It's Chalk. It really changes color depending on the lighting. Nice to see the CF roof didn't disappoint.

Looks like we should be on the same ship...Ours arrived in Emden yesterday. Is your TYD showing 08/14 for ship?

I'm not sure. The Cronus Leader only shows one stop, San Diego. My port is Houston. The Mediterranean Highway leaves Aug 1, and goes to the east coast and Houston. My leave port date is 8/14 also. 7 days after they close the port

I don’t even see a ship that shows a Benicia stop. And my event key has it arriving in Benicia 9/4, departing Emden on 8/7

I think I know why I decided not to track the car until it was on a boat my first go-around lol

There’s a ship going to Benicia (the Glovis Star) but it doesn’t look like it picks up at Emden, just Bremerhaven.

Watching all the posts about production, shipping, etc., nothing seems to be following any specific schedule. Guess we should be happy our 992s are complete. Maybe we can hope the shipping schedules are flexible, also.

I’m scheduled for 8/14 boat. (Going to Jacksonville). I got through production and on to Emden early. So I’m hoping they’ll put me on the 8/1 Mediterranean highway boat instead. But TYD is still saying 8/14. I got to Emden on Tuesday.
