My bad everyone. This did NOT show up in TYD. Last week my new build showed up above my 991.2 in My Porsche.






So I am accessing this through my phone app, IOS. I click on the 992 and it takes me to this page:





Then I just scraped it from there. You can see I can then go to Track Your Dream from this My Porsche page. Hope this helps.

Ordered it about a month ago. When the dealership was owned by Sun Motors I gave them a small deposit almost 2 years ago to be first in line for a Targa. Faulkner has honored the deposit, and once the Targa was announced, I sent them my build along with an additional deposit to get their first allocation. They haven't received their Targa allocations yet, but they told me they're expecting them in a few weeks. Unless they get no allocations, I should be in good shape. Fingers crossed.

Sounds about right! My 992 is still scheduled for production but it may arrive at the dealership this Friday. SMH

There in lies my part in this mess. I did not understand allocation process fully. Was not told I was putting deposit to wait and maybe get a a car. SA wanted me to trade my 911 and then wait on new car. I thought "yea right" .Called him back and left voicemail saying this was unacceptable.Then he emails me back saying" As far as the trade goes, since the weather is getting better and better, you could enjoy it for several months and prior to or at the pickup of your new car, you can trade in your old 911". This was May14th. If I taking legal action several is interpreted to mean 5 or more, I am probably just have to live with it and wait. A lesson learned.I should have been a lawyer instead of engineer. Even then the several would have put me in October which I could accept considering the current situation. I still think they were not up front with me and SA was wrong to not explain everything to me.

What did you do to get it to show up in your My Porsche account? After I got info on the status of my order from Customer Relations I asked about TYD and My Porsche and they connect me with someone at Porsche Connect. The person there said I needed the Vin to be able to see the car in My Porsche. Your car looks great and the picture you got is an awesome souvenir of the whole experience! Thanks!

I didn’t do anything to get this to show up in My Porsche. It just did. But prior, I had contacted Porsche NA multiple times about TYD and they are connected now - I can access TYD through My Porsche.

Ferrari has done this for many years. When I received my picture, I realized it had the wrong wheels, and interior seats (!). Based on the production picture, they were able to change the rims and the seats before it was shipped.

Although my photo isn't as completed as Dan's (and they have taken the Jetson model to new lengths here ;-) my production picture showed up this morning on MyPorsche too!! I hope she's ready for her cruise....
leaving the day after tomorrow with her, now 4, brothers!!
