Do you have a BRG Golf R btw? Your name seems familiar for some odd reason!

Default Order 992 Turbo S 2022

So I received an allocation for 2022 992 Turbo S in March. I am past the freeze date and the tracking shows dealer will have vehicle in August. I guess now I am second guessing myself and thinking I should pushed to get in line for a 2023. Any thoughts and insights into changes from '22 to '23?

Why would you? Aside from MSRP going up and slight package changes, there will be no significant difference. No mid-cycle refresh.

I'd have a really hard time giving up a "live" car and allocation for a 23 that might or might not show up another 12 or 18 months from now. But that's just me.

I was told there could be some changes. Not an overall design but this new one might be a hybrid and I thought it was going to be called the 992.2

Guys at long last I will be leaving this thread. I received delivery of my C4S about a month ago and my wife’s 911 cabriolet made it to the dealership this afternoon. Good luck down the road. It can be a long wait but this thread helps pass the time. Pictures attached.

After weeks of going dark, My Porsche app sent me an update on my C2S Cab 7MT.

A little behind on the notification as the car safely arrived in Halifax May 13 aboard the Lake Wanaka.

Picking it up next week.

Hey all, long time lurker, not-quite-first-time poster. Just finalized my build today, lock date June 13th for July build and mid-September delivery to dealership. It’s a Shark Blue Targa 4 GTS with a fairly short options list… but the GTS comes with a lot of content so there aren’t many additional options I’d want anyway. Super excited to join the P-car gang and you all have been immensely helpful in digesting options and understanding the cars so a big thank you to all the Rennlist participants! Waiting patiently will be by far the hardest part.http://www.porsche-code.com/PN4MXWF5

I guess it's time for me to join this thread. I have 22 992 GTS with a build date scheduled for June 6ths and a delivery date of July 29th, as of today. My build code is http://www.porsche-code.com/PNAS4FW4 Although I have had a couple of Panamera's this will be my first 911 since my 83 SE targa that you see as my avatar. Needless to say I ave very excited.

Very handsome color combination and a manual too. Love the quad pipes over the dual ovals.
