What did you do to your 924/944 today

made up some bracketry to attach the spare foglight lenses I have to make driving lights - got tired of waiting for a decent-priced broken lens to harvest parts from so made my own.
test-fit my trans-end shift linkage - looks good, might tweak it though. installed robstah's needle bearings on my shifter shaft - feels good, but found some interference problem with the bolt length/nut hitting the shifter tunnel. might grind bolt down a bit.

Today I got my sunroof working. Sweet! It would latch and unlatch, but wouldn't go up. Turns out the tab at the front of the sunroof panel wasn't closing the microswitch between the sun visors. Now I'm back in business!

From: one thousand, five hundred miles north of Ft. Lauderdale for the summer.
i'm in auto body heaven with the passenger side fender successfully complted.
needing about 1/2 day without rain to finish cutting the driver's side.
if there's no break in the rain i'll work under a tarp and hopefully,
have pics of the finished body work with lamps burning by tomorrow or tuesday evening and post them here.

next up after that the fenders will get some epoxy primer for fine sanding.

Friday, my clutch failed in my turbo...it won't release completely.
Saturday, I found that my 924T that's been sitting since last fall has some random clutch hydraulic issue with the clutch master.
Today, I broke the lower shock bolt in the rear trailing arm on my 944S.
So, how was everyone else's weekend?

installed vacuum lines, pulled engine harness through firewall, installed new oil cooler lines ( what a pita to get the top line up at the motor) as well as the oil cooler, installed the radiator and most of the hoses., ordered a low profile temp switch for the turbo pump so it will clear the intake manifold. half way installed drivers seat, ran some wires through firewall for stereo and for my hid euro running lights. installed turn signal stalk thing and rear hatch struts.

Found out what to do with that old scored oil pump sleeve...
1) A scored oil pump sleeve.
2) Wine glass with a broken stem.
3) Rose from the front garden.
... et voila.
