Hi, I have an 88 NA 944 and gave been considering switching to e85 for a while now. I'm mid-rebuild and recently found out that my state offers loans and grants for aftermarket AFVs, including ethanol. Since I'd be doing the conversion on someone else's dime, I was wondering if I could pick your brain about doing the conversion "right". Are bigger injectors advisable? Could I get away with relocating the FQS and using that when switching between fuels if e85 isn't available? Since I already have it all torn apart, are there any more aggressive modifications that would help, like planing the head or block to raise compression?

I am sure that you get asked questions constantly pertaining to SC'ing a na 944. I have an 83, and I also have in my possession a rebuilt m90 from a supercoupe. What is the easiest and well rounded route for doing this? Turbo injectors? Using the supercoupe Injectors? Megasquirt? Thanks.

Good morning sir, I have a question or three for you. I have an eaton m45 that ill be running about 7psi with and I need your help with mount design. Also, I was going to utilize a rising rate fuel pressure regulator to keep fuel pressure in check. Will an 8:1 ratio work? I saw you had a mustang maf on one of your cars, how the heck did you pull that off? Thanks, I hope it's not a bother.

    Hello Sid,

Me and my team have set up a team here in the Netherlands to support a children cancer fund called KiKa in English it stands for children cancer free fund. The last 1,5 years we have been building on a 944 in wich we put a normal 968 engine we are still working on the handling and experimenting with the springs etc. At the moment we are making plans to build another car again to promote a charity fund wish suports children. For this project we want to build a e85 turbo. As it was with our current project we want to build a reliable engine. We dont need loads of power as hp costs. Would you help us with your experience building turbo cars. Our website is www.dutchrennsport.com (its in dutch but there are pictures of our car etc.) my email is info@dutchrennsport.com could u send me an email if you can help us with information we would appreciatie it very much. Thanks in advance hope to hear from you soon.

Sorry to bother you if you are not the same person, but I saw a post on pelicanparts by a member of the same name concerning a dual port conversion you had done to a stock 951 wastegate. I'm really interested in knowing more about this vs shelling out 350 bucks for a tial. Let me know if you know what I'm talking about. Thanks.

Thank you for the quick response. I have a lot of questions still if you don't mind answering them. what is the difference between a maftuner and MAFtuner do they both connect to the air fuel meter and adjust air fuel ratio's? what is a wideband if you don't mind explaining. does the turbo throttle body have better flow would i need the turbo intake manifold as well. sorry for all the questions i have been trying to find the answers on the porsche forums just need some good straight answers from someone who knows there stuff. Thank you.
