I believe you spencer, i still have more work to do to get them dialed in just right.

Meanwhile, im sitting at work doing another "fun" project. Reflowing every single solder joint in the cruise control computer. No wonder these things have problems with cold joints, there must be 200 solder joints in here to fail.

finished installing the rear bearing, waiting for brakes to come in the mail and to get off my *** and change out the passenger rear bearing >.<

Tightened shift linkage at the transmission. That thing loosens up over time, and I hadn't realised how bad it had gotten until I fixed it and it felt like a whole new car. Man I love cheap repairs.

Drove it 50 mi. Filled up with gas, 23 MPG!

Had to endure another day without driving my 944 as the idle is erratic. Waiting on parts to com in for the ICV circuit.

I didn't do this today, it was last week, but I ran the car in a road rally, and did 27.5 mpg up to Virginia, and did 25mpg in the mountains. Put around 2000 miles on it, and it ran like a champ.

installed torque tube
remounted rear suspension
installed exhaust mid pilpe
mounted short shift kit to transmission (still on garage floor)

I used my new Arnnworx tool set to change the timing belt, balance belt and rollers (it was my first time doing this). But then there was a lot of belt whine and the car vibrated a lot. So...I searched this forum and figured out how to correctly align the balance shafts and balance belt idler roller. Now, she runs so nice!
