And running a $1 reserve auction is asking for trouble. Although as a buyer it's a god send, without someone being willing (naive/brave enough) to do so I wouldn't be in my car today.

Paul. All LHD in the USA of course.
John its a targa car too but to be honest I dont see any issue with owning a LHD car in NZ especially if its mainly a competition or occasional driver.
The C4-C2 quote from Steve was a little open ended if I recall. From memory it hadnt done it before. The ABS controllers & a few electronic bits need attention to IIFC.

Also means my fuel flap release and engine lid release are in the "right place"

Quick update re next Sunday's run and meet up - discussion seemed to favour starting and finishing earlier as a few people have other commitments in the afternoon. So I think Doug has a cunning plan that he will post up separately - but best have an early night Saturday!

So, talking on Sunday a few of us were keen to get an earlier start, still get a decent length drive, but try to keep the afternoon free for family (Christmas shopping?) commitments.
So, the current plan is meet at smales farm car park at 8am (yikes you say) and depart there at 8.15am for a sweet run around B roads north of Auckland before a lunch at 12.30 ish.
I'm working on the route and we can decide where to end up once I've got that sorted.

John (for the lunch part, unless we can twist your arm to sneak off early)?
