Thanks for the vid Paul. I saw my Porsche Design racing helmet on the mantle piece in Jeffs garage. I sold one of those on TM a few months back but kept one for my collection. Cool piece.

98 Melanesia Rd. 1,234 m2 interesting section shape. Laugh was that Kevin Cantwell pulled up in his 993 to view at the same time. He went straight to the garage....

I suspect building houses is worse than customizing 964s. Open ended costs with so many zeros it brings tears to the eyes. I think a developer will pick this up.

I'm not in for a big build, but since the council has zoned us single dwelling I'm thinking about extending the house and using an area as a 'grey nomad' unit. That way I'd never have to downsize, just change occupation zones.

House across from it is already being developed. Paul would know better than me but it looks like a challenging subdivide. Cute area out the back pool and small orchard. This is back to the 60s stuff.

John. Already obsessed. Last count had 12 books on worlds most famous garages (Ultimate Garage Series), how to design a garage etc and even spent some money with a guy in the states that's famous for garage idea having my ultimate garage designed (he Used Jacks Idea of a floor mounted sizzor lift and those clip together tiles etc). Infact I have even designed a Porsche Museum for my Ultimate Garage which includes the Porsche Design Mike, BMW street Carver and the 1970s Vintage Skipbob.

Then I realized I would probably need a house to go with the garage. As I have no intention to buy property in The Switzerland of the Pacific that kinda killed that idea. Maybe Ill eventually buy a townhouse in the USA where the garages are all 1200 square feet and the European cars are really cheap LOL!

Scary. I actually struggle to keep what I've got tidy, let alone collect more things. Would love that scissor lift though.

If I go it will be with regular group not prestige - presuming they run fast and slow.
