A reminder that BB will be dismantled on Sunday morning at Christopher M's place. 8:30am start. We will be taking off anything that unbolts so nothing difficult.
Doug will be towing her down with the Cayenne on Chris B's trailer earlier that morning. All assistance gratefully accepted. My least favourite job.
Finally, if you have a clean car and Sunday turns out to be fine you are welcome to join in taking Sunrise photos on Kohi Beach at 6:30am. Final moments with the R and expecting Peter to turn up with the S as well.

Still, the Count's 917 must've cleared the fast lane like nothing on earth back in the early '70s.

Right, thats it! I'm sending Mr Black to Aussie for sale. After the "museum" car @ $AU140 and now this '89 964 @ $AU169 i think i must be missing a trick

Still kicking myself I practically gave Mr Black away...
Any 964 owners after polished exhaust covers (ref photo) PM me with an offer.
I have also been a fool and received two pairs instead of two clear side indicators from D911 so have a pair going cheap with or without silvered bulbs if anyone is going for clear corners at some stage. PM me.
I might be in for a photo shoot although I'm not sure that time of day on a Sunday actually exists...

Ricky at CCS just bought a red 964 C4. He did very well too. Its a 400,000 km example (last NZ owner put over 350k km on it!). Paint is tires, engine needs doing and its pretty tatty all round I believe he scored a sharp deal and he has the skills to put it right. Goes to show there are bargains still to be had out - although this one wouldn't have been viable for an enthusiast who didn't have mechanical skills.
Jason. Dont feel sore. Id say you are doing well with your 3.3T. That one was easy to predict. Im guessing it will be worth twice what you paid already to the right buyer....
