Come on down guys! We'll do BB down the hill inside the tractor shed. It's all gravel down there, so probably do the 911 brake & tank work up at the house garage.

What bigger tools do we need to bring I.e. Are you ok for jacks or wooden boards to put jacks on?

Got back a few hours ago from picking this tippo up from Wellington. A bit rough around the edges but all cosmetic stuff. Will tidy up really nicely. And amazing colour.
Lovely colour that on the 964 - Amazon Green right?

Yep, dark blue in a garage, but metallic green in the light. Really nice.

JMc - not doubling up, its for my good friend. He will join RSG soon enough....get the track bug like the rest of us.....be dreaming of a manual conversion like the rest of us tip guys.....haha

Anyone got a freight forwarding contact in the UK? We are going to be getting a bit of stuff but from multiple retailers, design911, carnewal, fvd etc but want to save on shipping internationally so looking for someone to bundle it together and send as one unit.

That's a great package for the 964. $2k is good money as well - good buying for someone looking to change out the stock SUV height

Seriously though, I love the S and aside from the availability of the R would not even consider moving it on. Still remember that 'oh s**t' moment when Stuart put the R on the market not long after I bought the S.

Yea John, that pic of you sticking out the hole in the back of your car is a classic... pig in mud..!

I'll be there, but have to pull that tank at home because I think it will be immobile for a time while I source a fixit kit, patch it or get a new one. The leak is around the bottom plug so fingers crossed it is an O ring or something.

No work on Herman today. Instead I've been doing a wheels off clean of the R. Sure is shiny

I have two jacks & plenty of boards around.

Best might be to bring the common stuff: sockets, wrenches screwdrivers; so we have dupes if we're working on similar parts.

Breaker bars always come in handy.
