John. The good news is Singapore + HK cars were non cat cars as well Im fairly certain (unlike Japan and USA cars of the same era). Your cats will look factory but are core less. Im pretty certain on this as I looked into it before importing 3 cars including a 964 from Singapore. They don't have emissions testing there either....

Pete. Reminds me of a line form Pink Floyd Darks Side. Here today gone tomorrow...

Yes, Dave drove me in it to pick up BB2. A White Sirocco R, bought off an ex Porsche racer. I don't think he's finished his collection of cars yet. He may well lead the Kohi Porsche count at the rate he's going.

This isn't the CAT that came with the car, it was part of a $40 Tardme deal a couple of years ago.

Why reinvent the wheel, and end up with a misaligned positive cambered deflated piece of sh#t! #rantover
Glad I'm not the only person who thinks they're taking the ****.

Theoretically Lola doesn't have one.

The Scirocco is recent. I should have kept the Golf R because in retrospect it was all the car I needed. So this is the same but a bit smaller. First real drive today and it is quite fast and surefooted despite not having the 4WD of the golf - I didn't know that they were 2WD until watching youtube road tests.
Purely by co incedence, it was delivered new to the first owner and the guy I bought it from not 100m from my home and I admired it a lot then. He had the white 993C4 just prior to the Scirocco.
I'm going to break the BMW 5 series habit which I must say is getting easier because I think BMW have gone a bit conservative with the mid range cars (M5 excepted) and there is some exciting product in the VW / Audi stable as always and the smaller Mercedes product is starting to look like a not so old man's ownership proposition. That and trying to make smarter choices and lower capital outlay for the everyday car to avoid the usual large depreciation chunk.

But a major problem has arisen; My work colleague asked me why I bought a ladies car....

That is a bit rough, Dave! Time for a bruted-up Cayman.

All this talk of pics, let's see if the GT app crashes.

I keep hemming & hawing on the ride height. I want it lowered visually, but love that I can get in and out of most places in the city.

Maybe I need to lower and then get that chin lift contraption.
