P.S. The internet chatter says you may have to start thinking about a GT4 soon. Although its still rumour they are saying could be fairly limited supply....

What do reckon Euro price will be Macca? I guess too early since we don't have confirmed spec yet. GTS is GBP55k+ so I'm guessing 70k+?

It was great catching up with a bunch of you at Milford today. Not too often some of us see each other in civvies rather than race suits, and the smorgasbord of desirable metal didn't go amiss either. Still best when our cars are moving though. Highlight of the day was following a black 356 in and seeing it carve up a roundabout.

Jake - thanks for sharing.

Pete. The boys on Pistonheads are reckoning it will come in around 70K GBP base. Once specced Id imagine 78K min. In NZ it will be 210K specced which is way rich. No one really has a clue as the spec hasnt been confirmed. It sounds like its going to incorporate exiting tech and mechanicals with bumpers & wheels being the only real unique parts. But the 3.8L 911 engine would be a real nice upgrade, with 991S brakes and MPSC2 tyres it would be a real performer.

If I can land it 150K Im interested. Ill have pricing from my guy in teh New year. They say it could be Geneva debut with the 991 GT3RS (which is basically all but confirmed specwise now and last few days un camoflaged pictures have started appearing).

Ta guys - was an awesome weekend all round. Got lucky with the handicapping I guess plus the fellow 944 crew holding up the field

I do like Puke and the fast corners - probably helps being about the only one of us who hasn't had a big hairy moment there - yet!

Pete. Am I missing something but the grid only seems to be 12-14 cars per race this year across 3-4 classes? This seems to be very low by observation from a few years back when I last paid any attention. Perhaps Im not observing correctly?

P.S. Dont bother stripping the weight from the car that handicap seems to be serving you well mate. Take what is given ;-)
