Bloody pricey though for a donk that has questionable history and will need a rebuild before racing.

Yeah, not much point in a boxster version but a coupe suits it well.
Trouble is, we're all buyers in this market too -- either now or later -- so high prices aren't all positive!

Buba. Havent decided 100% .I have an allocation I have to make my mind up on before month end. Its going to be a mega car, very track focused and by the sounds of it will be a good investment car. But it will cost me 40% more than my GT3 (closer to 70% if bought local) and a far more compromised road car. Being realistic I dont average more than 5 track days a year so probably for me a bit of a waste. Its quite OTT styling wise, although it will look better in the flesh, I cant help think the base car is a bit less in your face and still very attractive. The answer I guess is probably not....

Gotta love the satire in this ad...........
One poor "Pcar trader" as got to wait for JMc to sell his 3.6T and this NZ new 993TT with lower km's and a $20K lower asking price to sell first before his 3.3T and Singapore 993TT will move.
Lets hope he likes looking at them as he may own them for a while.............

Ron and Patsy's old car. A lot of car for the money and I think very fairly priced - especially since it's only had 1 careful lady owner and only driven on Sunday's.........

Wow TM has become a veritable playground just before Xmas!!
I have to agree with you Paul. The NZ new turbo993 is the pick. Low Kms, sport seats and priced fairly to market (for NZ - In UK would be 210k NZD car). Love the satire too. Max must be steaming!
Ron and Patsys Sunday driver seems fairly priced although Im sure some haggling could see that lower. At 90K it would present good buying and they forgot to mention the exhaust/hp mods which probably add another 50bhp.
Paul, I must be getting David Macs GT3 confused. I thought he had a white one he put in the concours at the parade in 2012. That was the car I was thinking of not this grey one? Maybe he has two?
Lots of good buying mid 100s. Not sure there are many takers. John and I still to see any money so it makes me think the NZ market is still tardy. Not sure there will be any money around after Xmas either so some of this may sit a while longer....

He sold the white one and replaced it with this grey car about 2 years ago as I believe grey is his fav colour?

OK. Makes sense. I met him when filling up this grey one last year in Wairu Rd gas station but thought perhaps it was someone elses. The carrara white one was very clean and low miles. Personally not sure grey suits this car as well although its certainly less common...

Gary. Only guards red 993TT I know of is the Andrew Whitaker (chocolate) one. He loved that car and used it as a daily driver for almost a decade. I last saw it for some paint at Hazlers 4+ years back and it had his (well worn) RS bucket seat as the drivers seat and had done 126k km.

All roads lead to Rome, or in Turbo 3.6 land I suspect all roads lead to the UK when it comes to demand.
I ended the listing early to stop the enquiries (I'm not wired to deal with multiple enquiries on various areas over and over again), and am currently working through 3 remaining expressions of interest, on a fixed price basis (I don't want to be known as a flakey seller).
The most attractive of the potential buyers, to me, is in the UK. Easy to deal with so far and is happy to keep it in the current colour, which would be a considerable cost to change.
The estimated value of the car in the UK as is is circa NZD 200 ~ 220,000. I'd say there is 50/50 chance the car will stay in NZ. If it doesn't sell now, I will definitely take it to Europe in 2016.
