As for the car in the link - I have to agree with Jake its a poor facimile of a Singer. The Singer has a superlative Cosworth built engine which alone would cost 50K GBP, plus a Mil-spec wiring loom, Olihns top shelf dampers with remote reservoirs and we havent even touched on the unbelievable level of interior bespoke fit out. Im not saying its worth 450K but its definitely something very special. If it had have been half the price I wouldn't own a GT3!

Reading the 2k cup FB page last night. They will be out in force on Saturday. Walter and Tony will be in the thick of it. Take it carefully guys.
BTW 2k cup has just hit 100 entries for the upcoming season.

Should keep it interesting. Hopefully not all of them have had their brake lights wired up to fake on etc like BB had. Plus, here's hoping all 100 of them aren't in Saturday's group. Have ordered my "I never got a clear lap" T-shirt just in case...

Macca, I'm fast thinking the $2,000 rule is a joke or at least openly flouted. To be competitive I need a vtec engine in an integra. I'm having trouble finding another rough BB for $2,000 let alone something in the same condition with a more powerful motor.

If you take anything out, get footage for the 7/9 meeting.

John. I tend to agree. What you need is a "broker". Someone to buy it for $4000 and put it on Trade me Buy Now for $2000 with you hovering over the keyboard! of course I never suggested that!

Btw checking out the deal with Dunlop Direzza II for 2k cup. I'm interested to know how fast BB can go with better tyres .....

I have a terrible poker face. Couldn't keep a straight face with that. However I could've lived with buying a VTI-R and waiting for the other drivers to break then buying it for its then true value. Anyway first up I need a low 1:29 time with BB as is.

QUOTE="Macca;11588602"] Doug. I wish 991 GT3s were that cheap mate! Right now they are changing hands in the UK for 10-20K GBP above list with options so around 125-130K GBP.
