At the risk of cutting across the guys running BB on 4 Oct I'm pretty close to getting a group together for the following day (5 Oct) at HD. So far we have 7 and need 4 more to confirm. Playday will give us a group to run in between the bikes. So if anyone is keen drop me a line or head over to the thread on RSG. Matt G - you must be hanging out for a drive?!

Damn! so that means I have to re-calibrate the AIM back to real time!! See you at the track 0830 latest.

Speaking of tyres, BB co-owners - I'm looking for a BB doppelgänger so when I go to the jap wrecker for BB I'm going to look for a set of rims and put the best 2kcup tyres on them, Dunlop DZII.
The plan is to run some pre 2k cup runs with them on BB (not leaderboard runs) so I'm ready to race. It will also give me an idea whether I need to have a VTI-r to be competitive.
The Dunlops would be $640 per set fitted. Toyo Teo + are $520 fitted.
The reason I'm mentioning this is that putting existing lap times aside, if you lot want to put the borax on fellow cars on the track then moving to a 2k cup legal track tyre gives you a more even playing field for not much more cost.

I can lend you some rims and rubber for the day? I have some R Comp Federals on my Work Rims you can chew up.

Ive probably left this too late again. Anyone have a spare household car they want to turn into a bit of cash in September (informal rental)?
Jo needs something to drive 06-11 Sept and 17-21 (10 days rental). She's not interested in my 911s. Still a bit gun shy after the "Rental Car Saga" earlier this year. She's a conservative driver. Anyone want to earn a bit of cash for a car they are not intending to use over those two weeks (excludes time away on NITT) please let me know.....
