Diesel Cayenne and VW emission issue

I got my bike from Naults back in February through the BYOB. It is an awesome bike. I can go hog-wild on the trails and then once on the road, it feels like I never went off-road, plus, it feels like cheating being able to ride on the street.
Your son has good taste but I wonder why a Beta? If they didn't have a dual sport, I'm not sure I'd have gone with one of their enduro models.
Did you guys to go Naults from NH to get the bike?
I've been to every state park in MA to ride and they are all great as you are right, there is almost nowhere legal to ride anywhere else. NH has HopEv/Clough State Park only 47 miles away from me and it is also a great place as I can ride all the dirt roads that are legally streets but a license plate lets me ride them to my hearts content.

Scratch this post. The "top-off" payment is meant for those who had only received a partial payment and is NOT the Bosch payment. Still no news on the Bosch $1,500 or when it is coming.

The rest of the payment will be sent out after the car is fixed, not when the fix is approved. Check with http://www.cand.uscourts.gov/crb/vwmdl to verify if the next owner is eligible. It looks like he should be but check for yourself.

the question was if the next owner fixes the car, who gets the payment?

Soo? You have to tell the future owner of the remaining settlement and see how you negotiate that half of the settlement.
That is my take

If the emission fix is as easy as increased DEF flow to meet published mileage and performance numbers then the chances are less than minimal....more like zero chance of a buyback.

I want a Gen2 buyback so I'm 50/50 on the/a fix being approved by the deadline. I, I'm pretty sure all of us would love a delay for an extra $500 or $1,000 for each month's delay.
It is a LOT more complex than just telling the DEF system to spray more to lower the "tested" emissions. If it were that easy, VAG would have done it and never have cheated.
There has to be some combination of hardware in some sort of beefed-up converter, possibly injector(s), or why would VAG have risked $26+billion USDollars to date?
The clock sure is ticking though.
