I cut the exhaust clean off at the back box.

Not to everyone's taste but I think it sounds awesome. The car is a beater and will just get used for messing around offroad.

I actually ordered a center channel from Suncoast in Florida. I did that back on the 13th and they promised me it would be in stock by the 20th. On the 31st I emailed them asking and they indicated it had in their words just arrived. Looking at the order details I noticed a note indicating they lost the paperwork and had no idea who it belonged to and I had just solved that mystery for them. It's now on its way.

ZERO wiring needed plug and play will post a review soon PM if you need something sooner.

Only downside is lose some data on the MFD screen, radio station is there no Maps, or Aux or Aux BT or Phone input information displayed

t.ly/sXJfl I got the 8 core 8GB ram and 128 ROM version if your going to order ask for a $30-$50 discount I have to go back and see what they offered for the next purchase
Looks great. Love the idea of zero wiring. Would love a video of it. I don't think I can PM you.

So I found out the hard way that the cup holders are super shallow and any spirited driving will detach ANY refreshments from their appointed holding area 😲☹️🤬. Has anyone found or come up with some type of riser to secure drinks better?

The link shows that won’t fit a 2013 but thanks. I wonder if 2 of them would fit side by side?

And it arrived broken. Crap.

Default Installed carplay/android auto

I received a carplay/android auto installation kit a month ago and finally got around to installing it. Pretty happy with the result, first time doing it and it took me 3 hours.

Sorry to hear, can you post a pic of what's broken? It only has one moving part and a spring.

Well...it has several moving parts behind the plastic cap. There's the two springs and a roller. In the main unit, there's a pivot that catches the roller. Somewhere the mechanism lost the script.

Seller insists that the button was out (and ready to be installed) when he shipped it. Either it got pushed in during shipping or I pushed it in while playing with it prior to installation. I could not get it to extend back out properly. The entire button (chrome and interior pieces came off.

I donated it to a friend of mine who is an engineer with time on his hands. I assume that @lexart will figure it out. It will look purty in his eHybrid.

Did it come with the Red Plastic shipping lock or retainer on the inside? It needs to be pushed up to have the button pop out like in my video.
