What did you do to your 958 today?

Double wash and clay then F11 topcoat. Then it got rained on for 5 minutes and dried in sun while at a Sunday jiujitsu seminar I had to attend despite rain in forecast. Cleaned dirty spots off the glass which ofc smeared and look terrible from inside and water spots on the topcoat. Car was friggin gorgeous for a full half-day LOL……I even got the bug and tar remover out and those wheel wells are now spotless, photo is mid detail……

Our methods of expediting shipping are remarkably similar! Now to internally debate Ali vs getporschepartssilverspring on the shifter…
My latest project following the fun with the clock: see what the stock fog light circuit will put up with before throwing codes. So far, ~72w of (SAE/DOT/ECE approved) LEDs throwing out ~9,800 lumens using 2 SAE Fogs (in fog pockets) and 2 SAE Driving/Spot Combos (temporarily grill mounted)…

Saw a fellow member that is easily recognizable due to unique color and plate. I was looking for mods when I first got my 958.1. Jamie's video on the soul performance cat bypass pipes show up and wanted to see and hear it in real life since. THEN I SAW HIM ON THE ROAD TODAY!

Installed aftermarket headlights today. They were stamped eagle international even though I just got them off a random seller on Ali.
So far so good, they are alot brighter then the stock headlights. The AFS feature works and no lights show up on my dash.

Porsche script is terrible. The "P" is too fat. The vertical sections of each letter needs to be the same width/thickness as the horozintal sections. that emblem has them too fat.
The stallion looks like a counterfeit Ralph Lauren Polo shirt where there is absolutely no detail.
STUTTGART letter above the horse. Who the hell is thought it would be cool to connect the TUTT in a single line.
The "S" in Porsche on that emblem has a black section on the upper and lower portion of the open spaces. Looks like they placed that S over something else.
The open sections of the "E" look to also have been blacked out.
The inlaid colors look to be of incredible poor quality, especially the lower black painted section
Do not install that thing on your car. It's an embarrassment. Return that counterfeit emblem and give that company a grade of "F".
Before you get mad at me, compare your emblem to the one in this picture.
Genuine Porsche Emblem
Return it Gus. Ge the real deal.

So I had a similar issue the trunk button didn't work. Unplugged everything and replug it again and everything works fine.

So we had a few crazy rain storm in the Northeast region for the past few months. Passenger floor was getting wet. I checked the cowl for leaves since that's the easier and quickly option. Nothing and very clean. So today I finally had some time to check the drains under the wheel liners. The problematic passenger side only had one leave stuck. A bunch of leaves fell when I pull the liner so I hope it's all cleaned out.
The driver side was epic. I cleaned the plug and also pour some water to clean out the hole. So that should be taken care of now. Can't believe how much dirt was stuck.
While I had the wheel out, I swapped the fog light bulbs to Phillips LED bulbs.
Also checked the pads and it appears to have tons of life left. Quick new vs old compare.
Had to use the trunk scissor jack since I don't have cayenne specific jack pad. Any good ones you guys recommend to get so I can use the floor jack next time?
