The 997 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...
Basically, the way I see it, is there's 3 (or maybe a couple more) good 3's on the market:
Doug's 7.2 Arctic
BaT's Meteor
PCAMarket's White with PCCB
I've been scouring AT and CG and everything on their sites is somewhat is either A-suspect or B-stale and may be of not good value, (in other words, outa my budget, yes I still have one of those)....

Their hand was probably forced. They sold a car with undisclosed accident history and when this came to light, they went on this silly “media relations” campaign here and on BaT to somehow shift the blame to Switchcars, which obviously failed and backfired. The owner/consignor probably told them to take the car back or face larger problems.

Technically, the BaT seller was another dealer, but they were only representing the car on behalf of the owner, who purchased the car from GP.

I guess the parking lot “auction” he held in Danville didn’t produce the bidding war he was hoping for. He then listed it for $140k on FB marketplace a week later but that only lasted for a few days before it was taken down again. I assume pcarmarket reached out and offered to auction the car for him.
I assume it’s the same person selling it now … unless someone ended up buying it for $140k and is trying to flip it. The PPI report had a bunch of stuff on it from what i recall, although I can’t remember what it all was.

This one was at Porsche Colorado Springs for nearly 6 months and now at Merit Partners. Makes me wonder how this car was used as it had one set of wheels with summer tires and another with all seasons (the set on the car now). Don’t really care a lot if it was used in the rain, but the snow on salty roads is a bigger issue. Though winter tires would probably be more ideal for this car as all seasons may not be enough for the worse parts of winter. This car was for sale at Porsche Irvine in late 2021 so not exactly sure where it spent its life.

The white .2 GT3 that GP Motors has is asking $180k. Only $10k less than what Mohr was asking before the accident damage came to light from that disaster on BaT.
