It’s been upgraded as of last year. The details are identical, if (always a if) the servicing dealer is a “Carfax” dealer and it seems that Carfax is on a sign up spree as of late in Canada.

If the vehicle was not serviced through a carfax dealer than it’s kind of just as spotty as the States.

Now with that being said, with cars this old, it was not always the case, so early service history could be hit or miss

The 25 year rule does apply to Porsches whose VINs start with WPOZZZ unless they are on the Show Or Display list. Best wishes my friend!
thx Steve. Would the buddy or service you spoke to want to help manage this process? Or be willing to talk to a 3rd party? Maybe yo and I catch up this weekend for a minute? The owner of the car is a pretty knowledge car guy who buys and sells and said he couldn’t get the car into the states. I believe all of you here. But the pieces aren’t adding up.

Basically, the way I see it, is there's 3 (or maybe a couple more) good 3's on the market:

Doug's 7.2 Arctic
BaT's Meteor
PCAMarket's White with PCCB

I've been scouring AT and CG and everything on their sites is somewhat is either A-suspect or B-stale and may be of not good value, (in other words, outa my budget, yes I still have one of those)....

When I purchased my .1 it had the K&N intake system. The Seller also included the stock airbag and that was my first reverse mod I did to the car on day 1. I then sold my K&N to another member who, knew the pitfalls of that system but was going to try to fabricate something to make it work. Never got the end result.

Doug's 7.2 is GT Silver not Arctic.

I looked at the pictures and several things that I didn't like about the car: Front bumper
Center console has a terrible paint job on it
Steering wheel rewrap is not up to par with what I would want. Looks soft and bunchy. Not a fan!
Engine is disgusting and looks like there could be a slow leak happening.
Driver's seat super tired looking.

The white .1 GT3 with PCCB on PCarMarket looks really nice. The only thing that would give me pause is the seller, who got into a heated debate on the red .1 GT3 that he was selling a month or two ago. But that is one of the nicer .1 GT3's I've seen recently. I know PCarMarket can have some solid results, but given this one is on PCarMarket and not BAT, I could see it fetching a lower number and being a decent buy in todays market. Just a guess. I would totally being pursuing this one if I was in the market. Only thing that does surprise me is the lack of documentation for a one owner car. If buying a one owner car, even from a dealer, I'd be hoping for window sticker, service records from new and lots of other documentation. Although I know not everyone keeps all of that information.

BAT meteor car shows like a 34k mile car. Has some imperfections and wear, but seems honest.

Doug's .2 GT Silver car looks very nice. GT silver with PCCB's is such an excellent combination. Would certainly consider that although I'm guessing will be pretty expensive given the spec.

Best of luck!
