A few hours into the evening with a heat gun, and my car no longer looks like a Fast and Furious reject!

I put the Mr. 12 Volt unit in years ago, it's been great. It is a little counter intuitive how to change input sources. I use the Aux input for my Sirius XM Onyx portable and bluetooth for my phone, I haven't tried the micro SD card reader.

How funny! Great color on these cars but Im biased.

I was after the GT2 but the guy said he isnt selling right now it so I bought the TT 6.5K miles on BAT from the guy I bid against a year ago on BAT.

Fast fwd 3 weeks later he calls and says he is selling the GT2 w 11K miles and I couldnt pass it up.

Now there are 2 speed yellow 996's and my Signal Yellow RS. My wife calls me big bird but I dont here anything. Bliss.

I went through the trouble of following the install directions completely, but then I saw another post with what I now see as obvious: The unit itself can just be plugged in to replace the CD changer in the frunk, rather than do the full loopback/daisy chain install. This would be much easier, and the AUX and mic could still be routed back into the cabin.

The wheels on the Turbo came out very nicely; good look against the yellow.

Thank you. Going to try to fit 265/35/18 and 335/30/18 on there instead of the 235/50/18 and 315/30/18 this week.

18x10/13 with a 275/35 and 335/30/18 works well on these cars also. Ran that for many years.

So I just use the SiriusXM app on my iPhone instead of having a separate XM module. It works perfectly!

That is a great looking wheel, that's about as much rubber as one can run...

New tires, cleaned calipers and installed spacers. 8mm/18mm no rubbing, lowered on stock twists with factory size tires. Decent Saturday before we burn up here in Arizona!

I do that sometimes, too. Since I have a portable Sirius XM device I use that as much as I can, moving it from car to car and in my shop too, it saves on phone data.
