I keep forgetting that not everybody has unlimited data! The amount of data it uses when I drive the car is barely imperceptible and when I'm not in the car it uses wi-fi so no data!

Would love to hear a driving sound clip or two of this setup once the car is dialed in. Gt2 is going to get jealous of all this attention big brother is getting.

Drove it AGAIN (second time this year)!! I think I need to start tinkering with the Ohlins R&T's and get my self acclimated to life with them. Previous owner, ~ 3K miles ago, had them installed on the car (and recall applied); they are essentially brand new. I personally wish he just put OEM back on but perhaps that is short sighted as I have not really messed with them yet, but they feel VERY stiff. Anyone know the closest setting for these things to stock suspension feel? Apparently they are fully adjustable.

Anyway, it was nice to be back in the cockpit. I personally love "stepping back in time" a bit to the more analog experience of the car than my daily; just feel like there are less distractions and more sounds. I will say that I am starting to itch for an exhaust. I'm rambling. :-)

Drove a buddy to the airport, ran it in the highway, and of course, it is still raining. So much love for this platform.

Suddenly the rear spoiler stopped working.
The relay clicks when pressing the down side. No click or power when pressing the upside from the relay
I swapped switches with no success.

Okay, the only thing I can suggest is examining the micro switches on the passenger side hydraulic lift and make sure they are seated correctly and not damaged.

After your in-car troubleshooting, you can have the whole assembly out of the car and on a bench with the hydraulics intact (two rams, motor/hydraulic unit, connecting hoses) in about 20 minutes. You can then test the motor/hydraulic unit itself and the rams quite simply by applying 12V power to the motor terminals, bypassing all the microswitches, relays, dash switches, etc. and see if it's working properly, and go from there.

It is a fairly amazing and quite overly complex piece of engineering, but almost every part of it is repairable.

I know I've done this many times before.
I'm beginning to think it's the micro switch not telling the switch the spoiler is down.

Made it jealous by parking the 991 under its cherry tree...
