This is where it was leaking yesterday - there is a plastic tube in there, I am not sure if it is a one way valve or open tube. If it is a one way, perhaps it is in backwards?

It's an IPD plenum back there? It should have a check valve (one way valve) on the 7/16" diameter hose that connects the plenum and the oil tank. If it does not, or if the check valve is no good, there is a direct connection between the plenum and the aluminum pipe intake tube next to the fuel filter.
I don't think that would clamp your boost at 0.6 bar, when mine was leaking I saw a loss of only about 0.1 bar.
Can you log the N75 valve duty cycle vs. the actual boost?

It is an IPD. I will check that now.

My laptop is at home, I may be able to check later.

If it's coming off the plenum, it's most likely a vent hose. Here's a shot showing the elbow hose I think you're referring to:

Here is what I think the hose is as shown in the parts listing:

#26 is part number 996 207 139 70.

My best guess, but I could be wrong.

...could this be the N75 valve?...
I haven't read through all the symptoms/diagnostics, but the N75 valve is really easy to bench test once removed from the car, and not that hard to remove.. It's simply a 12V operated air/vacuum switch.

Check if your factory hoses are the old style (hollow retainer ears) or new style (solid retainer ears). If the old style sometimes they need to be bent out a bit to grab the clip a bit better.

There was also a running design change to the clips as well as the o-rings (old style o-rings = round, new style has grooves), worth replacing both if not the complete hose set.

I find that I occasional blow out a boost hose no matter how hard I try to make sure it is seated after I've disassembled... Tug really hard on the hose to ensure it is completely seated, or pressure test with the car still in the garage to avoid the scary BOOM! that occurs when you blow out a hose!

Thanks Paul, ordered a new set of o rings - smooth, round style.

New clips were fabricated yesterday for this application; I suspect the o ring was damaged during reassembly.

Finally got my motor back in, after changing all the boost valve mentioned above and fixing with zip ties, now I just have to get all the hoses etc. Connected, source some K&N filters for direct install on the Turbos, then get Marksi to work his magic 🙄👍🇬🇧

spelling error

Does anyone have the part number for the old style? I ordered some new ones last week and I received the grooved ones. I want to confirm I didn't accidently order the wrong part number before I complain.

Hmmm. That is the part I ordered and the part number on the package, but the O-rings I got are black and have grooves in them, as opposed to green and smooth like the original ones. I'll give them a try.
