I have oil leaking from the oil drain tube. I did hand tight. Anyone else have an issue or solution? Other than it ran great in 100+ temps for many hours.

Hey Skip,
I had a shop recently install the UAOS and at idle I get a intermittent vibration where the top of the pre sealed AOS rubs which is causing the noise. Any tips to solve this or is it an installation error. You can only hear inside the car and not outside at all. see video for example

Hi Justin, I don't think the top of the pre-sealed Lifetime AOS is rubbing , there is plenty of clearance in this area.
What I have seen is one of the Aluminum Coolant pipes can be knocked out of the holding bracket and touch against the joint of the engine/transmission and cause a very strange sounding vibration noise..Check the Aluminum coolant pipes for clearance to engine/transmission.

Well we figured it out and had to zip tie it to get it off the body.. it was this in the photo below hitting the body .. what you said made sense as well.
I see why now as they installed the flex line underneath the other line.. simple flip of routing should be the permanent fix.

Justin, you can also route that line below the brake booster line so it is not as close to the body of the car.
