@168Sierra The X51 intake will look great on there! You might already know this, but just in case, the X51 intake has a small vacuum line that runs to the intake tube at the TB. Not sure if this applies here and how the other vacuum line connects but here are a few photos from my set up.
Justin,
Jake’s intakes is not ready yet, plus my walle t needs a little time to recover. When I get his intake the XZ-51 intake will get moved to Tina’s car ( the one we took on the Dragon run last December).
I have been following your car, It is looking really good. We will have to meet up again sometime soon.

Ai was not aware of that. What is the purpose of that vacuum line? My intake had a block off plate at that location.
I'm not 100% sure but it's part of the X51 package. It seems like your engine is a complete rebuild so it may not be needed but good that you have it blocked off. Last thing you'd want is a vacuum leak back there. It looks like it comes off a specific venturi valve back there but unfortunately I do not know what it specifically does.
Thanks, I will do some research on that. Progress today, got all three radiators replaced with CSF. My new power steering reservoir and return hose arrived. Got them installed along with intake manifolds. LN wants to scan the X-51 runner so it goes off to the scanner tomorrow. I may install the standard runners or I can wait for the X-51 runner to get back. Tomorrow I will install fuel injectors and exhaust, check the transmission mount and oil. Need to take my turbo out for a drive tomorrow.
Great color combination! I will echo the question....who made the graphics. And also what spoiler is that?
I have the "blue Chevrolet" of 911s....Arctic Silver with black and have been looking for a secondary color other than the usual blue, black, dark gray....

I got my Carrera decals from Chris: renndecals@gmail.com he has various colors. Their website is down, but he's responding to emails.
Realized my registration was out of date by almost a year after going to hit some golf *****. Only discovered this because I tried to turn the radio on and forgot I had changed the battery and was looking for the radio code. Of course, the code in the owners manual doesn't work. I remember there was a code written down with the aftermarket radio that I tossed a while ago and I could have sworn I kept that piece of paper or took a picture and now I cant find it. RIP

Is it a Becker radio? Lots of ways to retrieve the code when you have the serial number. Otherwise...time for a stereo upgrade!

I got the radio out. Its a CD 220, the label with the serial and model number say Becker. They do not match the code card in my owners manual so it was changed at some point. Any idea on next steps?

I'm gonna drive Dallas -> Houston -> Brenham -> Canyon Lake -> Waco -> Dallas this weekend. Excited for the car time and gonna do my best to stay off the interstates!

Our goal is to get this engine in the C4 cab and then take it to Rennsport Reunion at the end of Sep. Then go up the Pacific coast and back to TN via a northern route.Another Dragon run in early Dec would be nice. Hopefully better weather this time. we need to arrange lodging closer so we can visit more. I would love to let you try out my care. I really wanted all of you to get to try it out last year,, sorry we couldn’t make it work. We will have to try for at least one more day next time so we ca switch off.
