Thanks man! They really are awesome seats. You wouldn't think it, but they are very comfortable. About to make my annual trek to Phila from chicago to see the family. Good chance to enjoy the 996. But I bought the seats back in 2006, before prices got out of control. Plenty of other more affordable options available that do the same thing.
I bought s short throw shifter in preparation for a 6mt swap. Next up the g96.31 from LA dismantled. Then I need to find d the clutch and brake pedals along with the rod.
Finished a full suspension refresh... Koni Active shocks, Eibach springs, every arm and bushing replaced, Carrera III wheels from a 997, 7mm spacers in front, 15mm in rear and titanium wheel bolts.
Just need an alignment and then I'm back in business.
