Hi Joe, just had a run in 997.1 Carreras 3.6 and when I got out found three small teaspoon amounts of neon yellow liquid under exhaust manifold. Freaked out a little checked online and saw your previous posts . Did you ever
get liquid again? Was any remedial work needed on exhaust or cat? Thanks in advance Jon

Hi, I saw your post on the 996 Console Hinge repair kit. I just purchased the kit on ebay but it did not come with instructions. Unfortunately, the video on their website is useless (http://porschefixes.com/). It does not show how to use the two smaller hinge pins, nor what to do with the u-shaped metal pieces. Rather than taking a chance on winging it for proper installation, i'm hoping someone can guide me through it. Any tips you can offer? If I get this done correctly, I'm hoping to post a full set of instructions with photos on the forum.
