What did you do to your 996 today?

I attended the annual PCA concourse here in Nashville. I thought the fee was to attend, not compete. So I was a bit confused (and embarrassed) when they directed me to park amongst the cars to be judged. Sure, I care for my car like it’s a much newer more desirable 911, but a concourse winner? Nope. Regardless I parked, got out and looked around. A few hours later they announced the winners, and holy crap, I won 1st place overall in the 996 category beating out many (much nicer) TT’’s. And of course, I celebrated with a spirited romp home - woohoo!

Mine has a build date of March 11, 1998. Any chance they used the same can of paint on yours?!
I’ve had mine for a little less than a month so we’ll have to stay in touch and compare notes. 29k right now. Low Temp Thermostat and IMSB replaced, but otherwise stock. Yours looks like it has 18”, is that right?

I installed a center radiator, low temp thermostat and new water pump, along with a new full coolant replacement. No leftover parts - always a victory for me! Made and installed a grill for the center radiator.
