Spark plugs. Took 3-4 hours although alot of that was water breaks and reading and reviewing techniques online. #4 was the hardest but managed to get it eventually. Hardest part of #4 was getting the plug back in correctly.

I had no codes prior, just due for a change.

All about the same color.

I did not remove exhaust. Not real sure what you would gain unless you removed the passenger header. I do have fabspeed supercup exhaust which is quite a bit smaller than factory but it is the muffler bracket that gets in the way of the rear plugs.

Yes works with hardtop and softop. You can have the top down also. BUT You cannot put the top up and down while the rack is on.

Did a front and rear suspension refresh. Front shocks, shock mounting hardware, control arms, tie rod ends and sway bar links on the front, shocks and sway bar links on the rear and replaced a faulty oil pressure sender.

New Parts!

One side done!

Strut mount kaputski!

All the old stuff...

I really need to do this but I don't have a lift and I'm a little fraidy-scared. Did you use all OEM parts and were they ordered as a kit?

Almost all the parts were from FCP Euro, some were Porsche, some not. All shocks were Bilstein stock B4's. Rear shocks from Pelican. Paid around $2200 for all the parts. My indy was VERY reasonable!

I just need to get it aligned Wednesday.

All the credit goes to my indy, AMCPILOT! We were going to do it together today, but the parts came early and he worked Thursday night and all day Friday. He is amazing! And he only lives one mile from me! Can't beat that!

Totally different! Took it for a long test drive over roads I take every day for comparison, hitting every bump I could - car seems like it's riding on rails!

Also no "clunk" sound/feeling at all.

Doesn't pull, but it definitely needs to be aligned, scheduled for Wednesday AM.

New guy here at RL, enjoying my first 911. Coming from a long list of BMW cars. So today I removed the mufflers, installed a set of Forgestars19in, wheels bought from another member; also installed a set of D2 coilovers. Next on my list is to upgrade the front sway bar links along with new sway bars, rear upper control and toe arms.

I keep saying I am going to get a quick jack but haven't pulled the trigger yet. How do you like the Forgestars, I actually thought of getting the same model but 18 and a gold color.

Always had good experiences with Forgestars, build quality is on par with more expensive brands, fit is perfect, glossy black powdercoat, like black mirrors. I think they can be had with the deep concave version as well.
Get the quick jack! If for no other reason, it saves my back from certain doom.
