Neat. Thank you. May have to look for one of these.

YES! Can't wait to drive it to work tomorrow and test it over all the usual bumps, and there is a LOT of them!

Spent three hours flogging the car up through Julian, down into the desert, all over Borrego, and then back up the mountain and down to San Diego.

The car performed flawlessly, as always.

Yesterday was new set of tires.

Today was door clips on driver's door and prepping it for a road trip.

Can't wait for a new set of tires, going to ride these old ones out one more season and start fresh next year. Either going to get new wheels or have my current ones refinished.

I didn't realize that area gets that much snow. Good thing you've got that rear wing to keep the rear end from sliding all around :-)

Oil (DT 40) and filter change, new air cabin filter.

Hardest part of the job was getting the car up on the liftbars and removing/reinstalling the engine sump guard. Yea for spin-on filters!

Checked on my 996 since it has been in storage...fell in love with speed yellow all over again as I took the picture with my 993 behind it.

Agree...now the only way to get it is through PTS option. I have a sand beige 912 that needs to be restored...my plan is when I do, I will paint it SY as well.

I'm glad you share my affinity for Speed Yellow! I think it's THE Porsche color for a 911! With beige interior, not black. Too hot down here for black.

lol. Yes, it kills me that the P/O of my car paid $805.00 extra for boring silver when he could have ordered Guards Red or Speed Yellow for free.

Now it's "Racing Yellow". It looks similar but maybe a little darker that SY?

I'm relatively new here (lurking forever, not many posts). Just replaced my '99 Aero C2's coolant reservoir for the second time in just a few months after Pelican sold me a defective one.

I'm getting pretty fast at the swap!
