Hello Paul, I was reviewing your post when you installed the 5 channel amp in a c4. I plan on taking this on as well. I did an amp install and ran a turn on wire from the new head unit but would rather connect the turn on power to limit the wires coming from the head unit to the amp. I also used the oem wire harness to attach my amp wiring to the oem wiring harness with plugs that go into the harness. I will probably do the same with this install.

My question is did you use the power turn on wire is from the oem wire harness. and can I use the power and ground from the harness or is that not recommended?do you have the color wire code for these? Thanks
