Any human being or company, getting what someone will pay for something is not being greedy. If that’s the case, you had better sell your house and what you paid for it when and if you do sell it. Lastly, this doesn’t mean we have to be happy about it. My addiction is not cars but timepieces. Because of the awesome economy we had in the late teens combined with the hype placed on social media most watches significantly went up in price. Now luckily, I have lots of connections and can get what I want at retail but I still have to wait. Do I like this? Hell no. But I’m going to tell you this good sir, when it comes time to sell any watch in my collection I’m going to get every last dime I can for it. As would any other normal person.

secondly too many brokers have entered and are controlling some of the supply

When I inquired about the practice they said they get more return business because of it than the ADM would bring. If you're a local and get your name on the list early enough, you'll get a car. Needless to say all my future cars (they have other brands as well) will be with them.

You obviously understand target markets and I can assure you those coastal states aren't target markets if those dealers have current generation Turbo S's or GT cars on the floor or they're way out of market pricing catering to the out of state buyer.

The demand yes has driven adm, but I can assure you there are more bad dealers than there are good ones.

Regards to watches..... I don't get it. I'd rather invest into more properties. Its even weird to me my dealer gives me matching Porsche Design Vin specific watches for my Turbo S and GT cars that match the 4rs and the 3rs that's on order. I'd rather rock a Garmin Delta Tactix with a ballistics calculator for long range shooting.

Yes, the car just arrived to the US and is the new shiny toy. Plus, then you have the "people always want most what they don't have" or easily get. I'm going to wait until late next year to see how things play out with the GT3RS and during that time Pista and Speciale prices will continue to drift lower too.
