Just heard from my dealer today that my PTS request was denied. So it’s ice grey metallic for the win. Good luck to those who are still trying for pts, however from the sounds of it and all the problems I doubt many will be approved. Oh well still going to be a sweet ride!!

That sucks. Did they give you an option to wait for a later build? When did you place your order?
I placed my order on July 10th and still have not heard anything.
no been waiting for over a month. Just said it wouldn’t be approved. Like I said. I got the feeling that probably many won’t be approved.
I wonder if it has something to do with the color of PTS. Maybe they try to group them together and if there are not enough, they cancel it. I requested Gulf Blue. It's a classic Porsche motorsports color from the 917 days. I hope they give it to me. At least you saved $21k bucks and Ice Grey Metallic is awesome too.

I don’t think that’s how it works. However my request was gulf blue as well. Oh well good luck
My RS went into manufacturing this week on 9/2 as expected... With completion date next Monday 9/9. Crossing fingers for NO delays !!
Data point for folks on Porsche manufacturing state of health. 3RS manufacturing completed 9/12 (previously expected 9/10 completion). 2 days slip but no major delays like weeks to months. Cant wait !!

I only received 2 photos for my RS and it’s at port in Baltimore waiting for shipping to dealership. I think you only get 2 photos on the RS. I could be wrong
I'm still waiting. Ordered July 10th. October build so they are going to have to make a decision soon.
Was pulling for ya but if your build is a month out you're not getting PTS approved, unless they substantially delay your car. They lock in PTS at least 75-90 days prior to start of build.

I had September build that got pushed to January for pts.
