Looks like the black touring PDK at South Bay was sold after reducing the price to $85K over, unsure what it sold for, assuming <=+$85K over. I've noticed a few touring PDK cars sell fairly quickly once they come down to $70-80K+ if new, this is still a really strong market for tourings. Touring PDKs selling $70-85K+, 6-speed get at least the same or more, winged cars can be had for $50K it seems. This black touring PDK is probably one of the rarest combinations you can get if looking at the production statistics for 2022, but not sure if rare means it will be desirable later on. Below is what I believe current ADM to be based on sold cars.
6-Speed Touring ($75$-90K+)
PDK Touring ($65-$85K)
6 Speed Wing - $55K+
PDK Wing - $45K-$55K

I don't think anyone likes ADM. You just need to be realistic about getting a GT3 in this current landscape, which I think some folks in here are not. If you have a great relationship with a dealer and have bought a lot of cars, done trade ins, etc, then yes you should expect MSRP and be upset if they try to give you the run around. If you're a first time buyer or a low man on the totem pole, then pay market value or be prepared to wait.
Also, if I recall correctly, you paid 50k ADM on your 991.1 GT3RS, so you paid your dues to the "stealership" to get things rolling. Seems like you've been a good customer and kept purchasing, financing through them, getting PPF, trading back, etc to get more allocations at MSRP. So you have essentially paid ADM up front and are paying for extra services to keep getting allocations at MSRP. Good for you, and I'm jealous. You got in at the right time. Maybe others are proud of their ADM or want to defend it. I have no interest in doing that, but you better believe I'm going to acknowledge it exists and is a necessary evil for many folks to get a GT3 anytime soon.

ADMs are not going away any time soon if PAG continues to experience supply issues.
PCCBs, LWB, leather, Bose stereo, etc. and add in labor shortages at the ports and you have a perfect tsunami of **** goo.

Demand is drying up fast, that is a lot of cars delivered so far. I have had 2 different dealers hit me up about GT3's I have not talked to in forever in just the last 3 days.
Hadn't heard from those dealers in easily over a year...That means something

There is another side of the equation....Demand.

Honestly, I dont know why anyone would want their contact info spread across a bunch of dealers.
But I guess people do that when they have never established any real kind of purchase relationship with a dealership.

I received this email from my friend who is a Sales Associate for Porsche Walnut Creek -- listing two
typically, hard to buy Porsche models-- notice the pricing on the GT3 -- under $250,000.
I would bet the dealership would take less than the asking price on this Turbo S and GT3 --
Next stop-- $25,000 over on used low mileage Gt and Turbo cars and the same for allocations more than likely.
I notice that on www.cars.com that there are now GT3's for sale at below $250,000 --
Interest rates are going to 5 1/2% -- which will slow a lot of buyers that make payments and with the possibility of a fast flip for a profit
the "flippers" will disappear rapidly like they have on the Corvette C8. I just took an allocation a month ago on a C8 that is being built already
on Monday and I will pick up in the first week of January.- at MSRP. All the premium over msrp on Corvette C8's is now gone -- our local dealer has brand new
C8's on their lot for the first time as some customers back out of taking delivery.
Call the salesman at the bottom if interested -- tell him you talked to his friend Jeff--

Yeah wow, this car: https://www.raycatena.com/inventory/...ac2a90ns268532
This is the ideal RL spec lol. Expensive paint SB, PCCB, Bucket Seats, 6-speed, FAL, full leather and a ton of other options with CPO. That is a big build, literally every option
249k.

Yeah as the bitcoin/crypto bros are gone, interest for car loans going higher, used car market softening, and economy slowing so of course you are seeing the flippers disappear from the "hot money" cars like the C8. Those big ADMs on Type Rs and Golf Rs will start to evaporate like a fart in the wind in 2023. Supply chain constraints can only support prices for so long because at the end of the day all of these car markers are for-profit entities who need to build and sell cars. These cars are not investments, they are depreciating commodities.

I saw a pre owned GT3 with buckets , pdk, wing, front lift and carbon inside and out. Roughly 1800 miles .
list was MSRP 219. They are asking $80k over.
what would a reasonable price over MSRP ? 25k ? 40k more?
