Check out the price history. This is a nice CPO with low enough miles and no accidents.

For your sake, I hope you have nothing to do with the stock market.
You'd be horrible at it.

It was the PTS 3.8L one that I had. That car had semi-slicks (Hoosiers) along with full suspension and higher wing uprights so it was really dialed in . The only mods I had in the 991.2 GT3RS was pads/rotors along with a roll bar and harness.

Plenty of data points for both sides of the argument here, as usual. Can't see the window sticker, but base price of a PDK GT3 was $146k in 2018. Add in some options and this one was probably in the $160k range. So, a PDK Wing GT3 with 18k miles listed at or about MSRP is a sign the market is cratering? My gut is that Porsche Palm Springs had this miss-priced from the get go and is coming back to reality. Feels like this price remains WELL above what it would have been several years ago though. Also, this dealer has a 2022 GT3 listed at $344k, so not sure they are feeling the heat yet....

Not sure that price moves without context are helpful - in other words: the "from what price" element matters A LOT in this discussion.

Of course prices will come down - that is not in question. It is just how quickly and to what level.

I just gave a link, didn’t say prices are cratering.

This car has PCCB, sport buckets, and several other options, so probably around 170 sticker. Adjusted for inflation, the current price is far below sticker and the car is still not sold, despite being a CPO at a Porsche dealer.

If the car was local to me and the price was 10-15k lower, I’d be inclined to buy it.

Yeah, I don't understand frequently posting in a thread while simultaneously saying the thread should be closed. Just unsubscribe if a thread doesn't interest you ...

It seems like the guys who bought at the peak cant stand the fact that the price is dropping. They know it too but are in denial.

Just stop coming back to this thread and enjoy your GT3. Why tell us to stop posting here.

Also, if you guys are really as rich as you guys making out to be, making 5-6mil/year, losing 100k on a gt3 doesnt matter. Its like me losing 20k ADM on GR Corolla.

lol, if I was making 5-6 million a year, I wouldn't be wasting my time in threads like this, I'd just tell one my minions to get me the cars I want and not care about the prices. And I'd probably have a 30-car garage which would be full of cars. I suspect that the median income of guys in this thread is under 1 million, and many are probably under 500k (which is still a relatively high income compared to the general population).

Making mid 7 figure is hard for sure. Only way is either business or higher ups in law or finance.

500k is not enough to spend 300k on a car. Id say at least 1Mil pre tax to be able to spend 300k on a car.

Depends on savings, other expenses, and how badly someone wants the car. I know people whose car costs more than their house.

c’mon… with 180 mo loans, you really just need to make $75k / year to get a GT3
