yeah, but I don’t want to pay 300k for a car that’s worth 200k. The AdM is greed on the part of the dealers. If buyers keep paying these ridiculous up charges the prices will never fall.

I’ll pay over but not 100k. I work hard for my money . I’m not a hedge fund schmo sucking off of the teat of investors.

I can walk away , take my money and buy a real 300k car.

Dude is probably angry because he overpaid for his gt3 which is probably only achievement in his life and now the price is dropping, he is angry at others getting the same car for cheaper 😂😂😂😂😂

Don't worry, the number of buyers who are willing to pay ADMs is shrinking by the day. Anyone who doesn't think that ADMs will keep falling into 2023 is either delusional and/or stupid given the macroeconomic headwind despite any supply chain issues.

Take a look at this high optioned wing GT3 with carbon brakes which has MSRP of 208k and ASKING is 250k with CPO. Miles with 1 owner is 3,000. I think this example answers your question well and your offer is beyond reasonable.

I have been watching this market and discussion and a lot of it I understand, but one thing that continues to surprise me is that some people will pay a lot more for a slightly different build. People value their first choice set of options really highly vs some other GT3 that most people would think is just as good. So if a seller happens to stumble upon the right buyer at the right time, they have an outlier sale, or if a seller is motivated but there is no "right" buyer at the moment, you get an outlier low sale.

For example, I'd take this one in NJ at 250 over the one that just sold on BAT for $270. $35k difference in ADM for 3k miles?

^ With a manual car, I'd be sure to check for over rev history. With a PDK car, 3k miles is nothing if the car has no accidents or damage.
