You should have un-politely declined and laughed at them before you hung up the phone.

991.2 are now $10-20K over MSRP dep on miles and build. One sold at MSRP.

991.2 Gt3RSs appear to be in similar range, but again some have miles, most RNM. Many are now hitting market as people trade up.

992.1 Wingers - selling around $60-75K (one nice build $86K over)

992.1 Tourings - $75 - $100K over for moderate build cars ($110 over for Albert car)

Draw your own conclusions. Mine: There is a curve here but until 992.2 starts rolling in earnest don’t expect much change in 992.1 cars. Special build always command more.

The sky isn’t falling. It’s also winter in a lot of places and people are maybe less focused on their obsessive selfish car habits and maybe buying gifts for others :-)

Go drive something fun for Godsake. Take meds, get help, meditate. Get out more. Pray for relief. Geez this is like Twitter now.
It'll be a slow chinese water torture bleed down in prices for 992 GT3s, prices may not hit MSRP in 2023 but they'll 100% be lower than they are today.

id bet the bank they hit msrp.

im guessing q1 we’ll see it.

and yeah the sky is falling on 992.1 there’s way too many for sale and still allocations coming and they’ve gone from the cheapest ask of 300k with 110 available 5 months ago to 250k with 164 for sale.

10k a month is a depreciation cliff.

sorry El Diablo. Maybe try another investment next time. Or sell now before ur licking ur wounds in the spring

edit: 173 992.1 Gt3 for sale right now

I assume that 173 is US only. How many have been delivered so far in the US?

It's still wild that the 991.2 that will be 6 model years old is still going over MSRP 10-20k. Like Wut?!

I just don't see 992 coming close to MSRP anytime soon, but that's me

Inflation has been about 25% over the past six years, so if the market price of a car didn’t increase by at least that 25%, it lost value in real inflation-adjusted dollars.

They were trading a decent bit below MSRP before COVID.

That doesn’t even make sense but OK.

You are welcome to your own wild *** guess, but that’s all it is so present it that way

You guys need to take your not-based-in-reality or current fact prognosticating to Vegas. Put this amazing talent and time to good use. Some here will back you!

I thought it goes without say that we’re all guessing. No one has a crystal ball. Some people have more confidence in their guesses than others, but confidence isn’t a great indicator of accuracy.

I'd say that if the ceiling was agreed to be 50k there is little to no reason later the dealer will not still request that same amount. It's allowed in the agreement and there is little to have them avoid an auction process (as has been going on forever now regarding the absurd ADM issue already). Agreeing to a range allows them to still demand the high limit. I see it as no different than you agreeing to 50k adm. I wouldn't do it.

As evidenced at any baccarat table.

Ten days ago, I essentially posted that there were no more allocation slots available and only V200 status would be honored. The Regional Mgr in my area was telling his dealers to erase any V70 request. And yet a poster named "WCGhost" jumped all over me and accused me of intentionally lying as can be seen by his absurd post above with erroneous claims.

Perhaps he should re-read the above post by Aviaros21 from today for a reality check.
Like I said in my post from 11/19 . . . "See you in the Fall of 2024" for 992.2 allocation slots.
Some people can handle the truth. Others clearly cannot.
There are multiple people in this forum who have received allocations in the past few days, a dealer near me has one available. I am happy to pass that info along to someone who wants it. I am not really sure what your purpose is here, you don't want to really help anyone get a car and just seem angry at everyone.

Also find it hilarious that you know about these new allocations dropping, because there is another thread at the top of this forum where Randy has said he just got an allocation and that new allocations dropped, and you even commented in that thread lolll. Very strange behavior. If I were uninformed it would be one thing, it happens from getting bad info, but to intentionally put out false info and then constantly confirm the false info here, while commenting in other threads which disprove it, that is just strange behavior for an adult.

I would be willing to take that bet, MSRP by Q1 on a car under 1,000 miles? It just doesn't seem likely. These dealers who are holding these cars for 100+ days would rather it be permanent fixture of their showroom floor than take a loss it seems. I am sure near MSRP will happen at some point, but they will be higher mileage cars.

Hi @WCGhost - I can't seem to PM yet (or am too dumb to figure it out), but would love to know which dealer has an allocation! Thanks!!
