1.) I never said that they were the same.
2.) I simply disagreed with your claim that they were not a "well-informed" buyer.
3.) The buyer at BMW of Cleveland clearly indicated in the comment section that he was going to be driving this car and putting miles on it. They're not planning to sell it at their dealership.
4.) But if you want to continue comparing both of those transactions on BAT, feel free to do so.
5.) I was simply countering the claim made by (some) that GT3 prices were "collapsing".
6.) Yes, I am aware that $85,000 is $25,000 less than $110,000. Thanks for pointing out the obvious.
7.) For someone that appears to pride themselves on identifying "value" and "well-informed" buyers, I cant help but notice that your
"I've picked up FB, ADBE, in the last few weeks and AFRM today" - - - post back in mid-March hasnt aged well at all. In fact, those stocks have been decimated.
Doesnt sound like you were all that "well-informed".
🧐

Burning Brakes
What ADM are you paying for your 992 gt3? Let's get your comp.
Kind of feel like you either got in low and want to flip, or overpaid and are worried you're going to lose your shirt. If you were buying in California, I'd say just walk away from the deal if you are that nervous about it and the dealer can't do anything. Yeah you'll burn the bridge, but there's 100 more stealers that will take your ADM money. I am sure there are some other states where the dealer can't do **** about you walking.
Let's try and help you out, your comments are painting a dark picture.
I'll ping some dealers in next few days and let you in on the latest ADM's if changed from last months 50-75k range for us Joe Schmos. Kinda hilarious south bay still has this one: https://www.porschesouthbay.com/used...76a4029dbe.htm Been sitting there for like 2-3 months now lol honestly if you walked in and put 50k on the table and said take it, I would be surprised if they didn't take the bird in the hand, those guys get desperate in down times lol They were the ones that offered me a brand new 991.2 GT3 for 30k under, a 991.2 T for 85k with a 105k sticker, a speedster at sticker, a 991.2 touring for sticker, etc.

And I am not a dealer, just an enthusiast who is planning on driving this car, on putting miles on it… literally from ‘delivery miles to miles enjoyed’!!! FOR REAL!!!! I SWEAR!!”
Yeah, right. What a bunch of Z-rated actors. Not sure why this person felt the need to put a show like this… but here we are again: added a grant total of 77 miles before putting it up for sale again.
I guess the only logical conclusion is that this car really sucks and this is why all these flip…, hum, sellers are offloading them as soon as they get their hands on them. Lol.
