where is all this money coming from ?
My 991.2 GT3RS I had hard time selling for 25 K below MSRP with WP. That was in 2020
now they are fetching 275 k and people think they a bargain. Where did these people come from
economy was good relatively speaking then , crypto was there , stock market was up .Only difference is interest rates
I know we say government is printing money .No one came to me and handed me a bucket full of cash

I think that most buyers of these Porsche GT cars have always been able to 'afford' to pay a big ADM/premium for these cars (if you can't afford that, probably shouldn't be buying the car even at MSRP). But the willingness to pay that much for the cars increased during the pandemic for a bunch of reasons, resulting in a bubble in prices. I think the bubble has finally burst, also for a bunch of reasons, so prices will eventually head down to pre-pandemic levels, as though the pandemic never happened.
F40 and CGT doubled in price. If CGT comes back to 700k, I am doing Heloc, sell my kidney, and etc and buying it. 😂
Actually u know what Im selling my house and will live in cgt. Eat, shower, sleep and poop all that stuff 😂😂😂

I think the the true collector's cars will hold value better, particularly if they're low miles. But I'd like to think that the vast majority of buyers of these cars are not collectors and want to actually drive the cars. I have 9 cars, 6 of them Porsches, but do not consider myself to be a collector, I just like variety in cars.

Senna is such an underappreciated car, still selling close to msrp most likely because its proportion is a little off and people consider it ugly. But, even ugly as hell LFA was later appreciated so I see senna going up in value.

It really is, and while pictures make it a bit of an eye sore, in person it is stunning.
