Was approached by a dealer today with an offer of 75k ADM for a PTS viper green winged 6-speed manual with full buckets.
I offered 50k ADM and it seems like they might play ball.
Curious to get the group’s thoughts. I’m thinking hard about it mostly because manuals seem rare.

Wow already buyers at 125k over for a gt3rs!
4 purchase/trades have gone through me in the last 11 months at my local dealer. Some 750k and I have a Taycan on order.
the GM has told me I can get a gt3rs no problems. The discussion of Adm hasn’t come up YET, even though for sure it will in due time.
If they throw a nasty number, I won’t do business with them again. Very tired of this ADM bs.
i have a deposit down for a 296 at Msrp. I much rather wait an extra year then feed these greedy bastards.

If that’s what you want, get it, but I would discourage you from getting a MT because you think the car is/will be worth more to someone else.
While I love my MT, the PDK is easier to drive in heavy traffic and to drink lattes while driving. Also, expect to stall it a few times now and then even if you are a pro at a stick.

I don’t think MT are rare at all. There are more PDKs, but I know of many MTs.
If that’s what you want, get it, but I would discourage you from getting a MT because you think the car is/will be worth more to someone else.

It’s a Ginger v Mary Anne thing. You wouldn’t have a bad time with either. Just don’t envy the one you don’t have.

911/718 production is really jacked up. Remodeling at the factory, another 4-5 variants coming (718 and 911) and a Russian Winter is coming that will shut down factories for periods of time.
I bet you see some very stiff ADMs.
Super happy for anyone that wants a 3RS and gets it at MSRP.

Read in another thread that Porsche produced 9500 991.2 GT3s and 6300 991.1 GT3s (and another 4500 991.1 GT3RSs). Both those numbers were increases over the prior model's production output. That's a low number compared to say a Camry, but in line with some of the higher end BMW ///M-cars. Not sure if that was Porsche NA or worldwide, but either way that seems like a fairly high number. Also, last count AT had 119 GT3s for sale. Seems like the market is detached from the buyers.
Looking back into the 991.1 and .2 GT3 threads, it seems like the ADMs were high at first (FOMO) and then gradually tapered off. I've pretty much accepted that there will be an ADM. $75K presently, but the SA didn't seem to believe that would last. Also, how many people on the GT3 list will jump ship to the RS list. Even if I could afford an RS, probably a bit too much for me. $400K+ is Prancing Horse money.
Seems like if you're willing to wait it out (probably a pretty difficult task for people who can afford a quarter million dollar car), one can quench their thirst in the the promised land that is an allocation. If the numbers keep going up, are there 5000 people who want an RS? Asking for a friend.
