Default Smog Question

Haven’t followed all the twists and turns. Any recall notices? I have a CA smog due. Any worries out there?

Looked at a Cayman S on Friday that they couldn't sell. Said manual SC cars were ok, PDK's not so much. Sell date TBD.

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. This looks like an all out effort to prematurely drive Porsche from the ICE business. Just wait until they come after the 992. And no matter what Porsche does, they will get sued for it. Really stinks.

I don’t like I’ll ever sell my 911 now, not that I was about to.

No news, my 16 991.1 GTS is currently sitting at the back of the dealership depreciating while I wait for the stop-sale to end. Its either I get a depreciation discount later on or pay more as the demand goes up. Who knows!

Still going on. Dealer said they get an update every Monday which says nothing except the stop sale is still in effect.

I see Porsche dealership listings occasionally also, maybe just to lure customers into the dealership in hopes to gain interest on other cars. Not sure

Default Lucky for me...

Let's hope that the Sports Chrono issue doesn't turn into the VW emissions/Cayenne Diesel "cheating" fiasco.

The car I just purchased, Options List is below....I wanted Sports Chrono, but it just wasn't on this little beauty I found in FL. I think I can manage without Sport and Sport + modes, and Launch Mode.

This is off-topic for this thread, but here is some info on the Sport Mode:
https://rennlist.com/forums/991/838755-sport-mode.html

(The Sport Mode was part of the SC package on the 997's but is standard on all 991's)
