Except that the GT3 now has bragging rights over the RS. Plus, 9000 is a nice round number which is impressive, while 8800 sounds like it was trying to get to 9000 but fell short. None of this means much in terms of objective performance or subjective driving experience, but perception of numbers like this counts for something with cars in this class.
Has that ever happened before?
I noticed too that the RS wheel centre design is different than GT3 and has a scollop around the CL mechanism - doesn't look as cohesive as GT3 - front and rear wheels have be subtly changed...
Car is 20mm higher overall and cd is 0.34

$45K price difference comes from???
- $5K for Clubsport
- $10K for chassis improvements
- $5K for tires and wheels
- $5K body materials, etc.
- $4K GT silver paint
- $10K 4.0l engine
hmmmm... OK, I guess I can see it

Three Wheelin'
Assuming that was internet sarcasm, I agree. I don't see where the 45k is. 20k, sure. Also, does the US even get the club sport?

Now that it's official, and having just played around with the US Configurator, I'll just say it again ...

I'm glad people who have been waiting for this car are excited about it, but it just doesn't speak to me.

Has anyone seen any mention of the plexi lightweight windows in the Porsche Brochure it literature? I can't find it anywhere and wonder if they dropped it for many/all markets?
I just read then rockier found on the Australian site twice and disappointed with the prose and translation. Seems like they lost a bit of interest after the 991 GT3.
RS looks taller than GT3
Porsche script on tear unnecessary .
Biggest issue to me is I now know they backed up on the max rpm over original design. A shame I think
