Burning Brakes
On the US microsite in the tech specs transmission section, there are 2 choices listed. 7-speed PDK and....MANUAL TRANSMISSION
Looks as if both are offered there to me. No mention of it elsewhere.

to 488GTB : about 55K euro (reasonable configuration, not excessive on carbon etc), the ferrari dealer wants to keep my business and shows his generous side
to GT3RS : about 70K euro + 7K euro for rearview cam and parking sensors.
spec includes carbon ceramics. no good part exchange deal from porsche
to 458speciale: about 88K euro
to GT3: about 10K euro + 7K euro for rearview cam and parking sensors (if i can still round up an allocation).
i think i am going to stay with the 488GTB precontract.

Market is going to get really soft on 458's (as it already is headed that way) so 488 trade will make sense.

I'm not sure if this has been posted but the US builder is up and running. Just click on build GT3 then in the web page address bar change the 991810 to 991850 and it will load the GT3RS.

488 is the most expensive of that group

This is a little interesting. Bucks the trend of recent GT models on this score:
