Correct...the mid-engined model scheduled to challenge the GT3 & GT3 RS at the ring is the upcoming 960/988!

This. Porsche could make 600hp with 3.9L of displacement even if it were NA, especially with 8 cylinders. The 600hp and 516lb/ft numbers are ubiquitous with future releases these day.

I've said it a million times before, and I desperately hope Porsche is listening, because most if not every manufacturer is forgetting that the ENGINE is the heart of every sports car. I'll pay a CO2 fine. You would all pay a CO2 fine. Or whatever is needed to rid ourselves of a small-displacement/turbo/hybrid future. Right?

Meenwhile, over at Audi, Lamborghini, Ford, Lexus... NA V8's & V10's live & breath their high rpm madness!

Is that the right list with Ring-laptimes?

I am using a different list, this one:

Yes, Evo's Jethro Bovingdon has been on a roll lately. First the acclaimed 2013 pre-Geneva Auto Show interview with Andreas Preuninger.

The video was first published on March 4th, 2013, one day before the March 5 & 6 Press Preview at Geneva and several days before the public was allowed to go in to see it on March 7th:

And just this month Jethro scored again with the 2015 GT4 introduction interview also with Andreas Preuninger, probably recorded at either Weissach or Zuffenhausen:

Will Jethro do it again? Or will another authoritative British car magazine score that first English interview with AP? I am also expecting Pete Stout to do an interview re: the new 991 gt3 RS for Panorama? Will Pete be in Geneva or in Germany soon get the scoop on the gt3 RS too?

We will know soon enough!

Well.....that looks incredible!!!
I'm going to eventually trade in my 997.1RS for a 991GT3; the up charge for the new RS will be substantial.....BUT, my God!
