I like the steering wheel w/o all the buttons.

I only use the gear selector because it's more fun. I just wish it was longer, like in the pre-paddle Cup cars, and it looks like in these pics it is.

I find myself using the lever more and more also. From the pics it does look taller than the GT3 selector.

I think it looks good an I am excited to get on line in the morning. I am very happy for those that want one and get it. I do not track and aside from be a sports car fan I do not have an interest in getting one. To me, there is not enough separation from the 991 GT3 in my opinion. I am also excited to see the new GT4 because I find this to be a very intriguing model with the Manual 6-speed. I think these are exciting times for Porsche to be unveiling both these models at the same time but it is also interesting that those w/o an "in" will probably have difficulty getting one from the factory.

Yup. They seem afraid to follow the RS plot when it comes to the interior.

Pit lane speed limiter...I wonder if it's adjustable ? Not all pit lane speeds are the same. That said, if it is adjustable, set it for a speed when you enter known radar traps....in east bum..f.town's

The just released interior photo shows most of that - except the color of the seatbelt. I hope that is the 918 style - orange center within black borders!

I would have preferred the designers to skip the 'orange' seat inlays and 'orange' alcantara accents on the door panels and center console. PAG did something similar before on the .2 997 gt3 RS 4.0 Limited Edition. I surely hope they do not include a full 'orange' alcantara headliner like they did on that previous model! I called that interior the 'New Orleans Bordello Red' and I was hoping they avoid me having to call this one 'Amsterdam Bordello Orange'!

'Amsterdam Bordello Orange'!
Got my name all over it.

I always felt weird with that red roof liner over my head, I hope that stays grey!
