Locally there is one that somebody decided not to take one as well, it won't be for everybody but for somebody it will be pretty darn close, it will sell IMHO.

They'll have no issue selling that car for the asking price or close to it. Someone will for sure buy it.

I think this is Rennlister Skafia's old car? I thought it sold recently on BAT but maybe I'm wrong? Did he trade it in on a 4RS?

Any west coast Canadian interested in a brand new Spyder at MSRP (plus a couple dealer add ons) let me know, as I know of one available due to buyer bailing.

I love how the 2023 GT4’s are $30k higher than previous years due to the price increase. And the dealers trying to keep the same mark up over sticker. Are people really paying $150k-$170k for a 2023 GT4!?!? In the market just trying to make sense of it? The sold cars on BAT, PCAR and Cars and Bids are not showing close the same money as the cars advertised? Not stirring the pot, just trying to understand this market?

You can’t compare an auction site to dealer prices.

Dealer prices are just asks; otherwise just pick one up via private sale or auction.

Spoiler alert, lot of private sellers think their car is priceless.

Really, are these just rhetorical questions. Go in and talk to a dealer, see what they say. My dealer had a GT4 on the floor couple weeks back for $149,999 and it’s not there now. Suspect they closed close to that.
