I think there's nothing to be concerned about with Range 1 overrevs. Owner was just using the full rev range as designed !

It woulllld be nice as a fellow rennlister if you didn't post on other's for sale threads when you clearly aren't interested in buying .

Rates are up, so cost to own is up (wether you finance or not, your cash is making a hell of a lot more money than it did a year ago). I am actually surprised at the resilience of the economy as supply is still really low. So supply is low, prices remain stubbornly high; but turnover will reduce. Just will be interesting in the winter if this will lower prices or not.

I have a sneaking suspicion some of the listing on rennlist are more out there to gauge the market then honest "I gotta get rid of this thing tomorrow" hence the pricing vs auctions.

Looks like its been in Austin, TX, multiple owners, so unlike to be a PEC car, plus PEC uses PDKs. Aside from that, I'm not well versed in Spyder specs, which options make/break but it sounds like it has what you're looking for... can't hurt to ask but if they won't negotiate on price, that's probably the tell to move on to another one.

Who’s for sale ad did I post on?

I only comment in a for sale ad if I have something positive to say.

And if the right Spyder comes along, I am interested in buying. But the current market asks are beyond stupid.

I cannot count the times you have said that Spyder prices are too high - are you saying that in an attempt to try and drive down prices so someone offers to sell you one cheap?

As if I had that power…

It will be years and at least one recession before Spyders are in a range where I’m willing to buy one again. I’ve owned two and I know what they’re worth to me.

Mine and passive aggressively. I will leave you to probably contest that it was somehow positive in your mindset, but it does not come across that way to others as mentioned by others in this thread.

Anyways, good luck with your mythical recession Spyders. In history, likely you will at some point, maybe, possibly get there. Hope you have something you are enjoying in the meantime.

+ Juan He posts the same thing over and over again it gets old in a hurry. Once and done is a good policy when posting on forums vs repeating the same old thing.

It seems to be a Rennlist past time for members to **** in for sale threads. It's simply mean spirited and there's no gain whatsoever engaging in such behavior. You're either a buyer or you're not, and if you don't have anything positive to post in the thread, post nothing.

This $130,XXX MSRP 2023 Spyder is ending today on BAT.

Lots of options to get to over $130K that I personally don't see the value in.

So sad, only 700 miles...

I can only guess as to why, not really interested? talked into by the salesman?, thought it should be saved for the next guy?

It used to be heavily moderated. I would report posts and they would get deleted. You weren't even supposed to talk about people's prices. I'm not sure what happened but I've seen moderators here more interested in arguing with other members than cleaning up classifieds posts.

Hammered home for $126,000…those were expensive miles.

Add in tax and maintenance plan, probably $15K for a couple of months.

That flip didn’t end well

And yet there are people on here with sub $115k MSRP Spyders that think they’re gonna get $130-145k.
